The beach is partially shaded by small trees until the afternoon, making it an ideal location for a refreshing day swim. The waters are a mesmerizing greenish blue and generally crystal clear, with depths that exceed the norm. The seabed is adorned with an abundance of fish, and in certain areas, chilly freshwater trickles from below, mingling with the warmer seawater. This secluded beach offers no shops or canteens, allowing visitors to fully bask in the tranquility of nature.
The water is crystal clear and there are large rocks that make it difficult to walk.
If you're struggling to secure a spot in Tzasteni, this beach is an excellent alternative. The water is crystal clear, the shore is made up of smooth pebbles, and there's plenty of space for a large crowd. Be mindful of the rough stones on the way down to the beach and keep an eye out for packs of wild dogs lurking in the shadows of the olive trees. Luckily, parking is a breeze on the shaded street.
The beach is a delightful destination that can only be reached by sea until September 2019. Its charm lies in its accessibility, which adds to its allure.
The beach is truly magnificent. It was a secluded paradise as we were the only ones there to relish its beauty. However, parking was a bit of a hassle due to limited space.
