Kamenica beach is located on the Adriatic Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 183th place out of 378 beaches in the Split-Dalmatia region 59.7 km away from its center, the city of Split. It is one of the beaches of Komiza settlement, just 0.7 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area, among the mountains, surrounded by the cliffs.

It is a small several bays coastline with crystal turquoise water and light pebble, so it is recommended to wear special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is partially crowded during the high season.

Despite the fact that a significant part of the beach is occupied by resorts, there is still a fairly large area with free access. The beach facilities are only available to visitors of resort area. Their list includes, loungers and umbrellas, beach restaurant, changing rooms, showers, toilets. .

The beach is simply delightful and the staff at the cozy little beach bar are incredibly amicable, serving up scrumptious cocktails with impeccable service. The beach chairs are luxuriously comfortable, making for a truly relaxing experience. It's the perfect spot to catch a mesmerizing sunset in Komiza, and conveniently located within a short walking distance from town. The beach is never overcrowded, so you can enjoy its beauty at any time of the day. Don't forget to bring your snorkeling gear, as it's an excellent spot to explore the vibrant underwater world. Although the beach is made up of pebbles, the water is crystal clear and immaculately clean, just like most beaches in Croatia.

The beach is definitely worth a visit, but getting into the water can be a bit tricky due to the shallow depth and pebbly terrain. However, once you're in, you'll find the experience to be quite enjoyable.
