The beach seemed quite crowded due to the parking situation, but there were plenty of families enjoying the river area. It was a wonderful spot to unwind, read a book, and occasionally take a refreshing dip in the waves.
Given that this stunning location is situated within a quaint residential community, it is important to show utmost respect. It is advisable to drive at a slower pace, considering the abundance of children in the area, as this beach is a beloved spot for local families. It is worth noting that the shorebreak can be quite rough, and it is essential to be aware that there are no lifeguards on duty, nor are there any public restroom or shower facilities available. It is crucial to refrain from approaching any marine life, as doing so may result in a fine or, even worse, an injury. While the grassy areas are privately owned, there is a generous provision of beach access to reach the surf break. Alternatively, Anini Beach park is a nearby option that offers public showers and restrooms.
The beach is absolutely fantastic, with a generous amount of space and beautiful sand. However, it's worth mentioning that there are no lifeguards, public washrooms, or showers available.
This beach is fantastic! It's peaceful and there are very few people compared to other spots on the island. It's a great option for boogie boarding, surfing, sunbathing, and there's even a small creek on the backside where the little ones can enjoy some calm fun in the sun!
