The beach appears stunning, though the parking situation is less than ideal. Despite a limited number of spots available near the Point Dune Natural Preserve, they were all occupied upon arrival, leading to a considerable wait. However, a friend ventured towards the water and discovered a set of stairs leading down to the beach.
I find this beach to be exceptional compared to its neighboring beaches such as Zuma and Paradise Cove. It boasts a lovely cove that is secluded, crystal clear waters, and stunning cliffs that are reminiscent of the picturesque views of Big Sur. Unfortunately, the main staircase is currently under construction, but one can still access the beach by following the sandy trails along the cliff to the right, leading to a metal staircase and a slope with a climbing rope down to the sand. Let's hope the main staircase is restored soon!
The beach is very secluded and peaceful, situated beneath the vast Malibu Estates. Although it may be a bit difficult to reach, the effort is definitely worth it.
I'm not quite sure how to access the beach, but the cliffs along the shoreline are amazing!
The beach looks stunning when viewed from Point Dume's side, with a picturesque cliff running along its coast. However, accessing the beach remains a challenge as I have yet to discover a feasible way to descend. Nevertheless, I can only imagine the breathtaking view from down there. Parking seems to be the primary concern for visitors.
