Great! The sand is not hot, which is a plus. Another advantage is that trucks and 4x4s are able to access the beach, making it more convenient. It's also worth noting that there is cool wildlife in the area.

I'm excited to return to the Atlantic Beach front soon. The sand is perfectly clean and the boardwalks through the sand dunes by the picnic pavilion and parking lot are really neat, although they could use some maintenance. I noticed a couple of horse trailers in the house trailer only section of the parking lot and although there were no signs indicating so, I assume it's possible to pay for a ride.
