What a stunning shoreline! Our family enjoyed a delightful stay at the 30A condo in High Pointe. The resort was immaculate, extraordinary, and conveniently located just steps away from the beach. The kids had a blast swimming in the pool and building sandcastles on the beach. We relished in our active lifestyle by running, cycling, and taking long walks, all while indulging in delicious meals. The beach was truly enchanting, and we are already planning our next visit.
Nestled in a picturesque village, the stunning homes exude an unparalleled charm that is simply breathtaking. During my weeklong stay over the festive season, I was captivated by the enchanting lights adorning the streets and the vibrant square, complete with a magnificent Christmas tree. And let's not forget the pièce de résistance - the beach. Its natural beauty is simply unparalleled, a true paradise on earth.
If you happen to be staying in the area, I highly recommend visiting this stunning secluded beach. It's a true crab lover's paradise, especially if you go at night with a flashlight and observe hundreds of these crustaceans burrowing in the sand. You can even pick them up for a closer look. The waves are tranquil and serene during the night, making it an ideal spot for surfing on days with large waves, but be cautious as they can sometimes be quite sizable. On sunny days, the beach is perfect for lounging and unwinding. It's worth noting that the park is pet-friendly, so you may encounter dogs and other animals digging in the sand and exploring their surroundings.
Although the town had a charming atmosphere, it appeared that the beach was not open to the public as there was a gated entrance with a code and a sign indicating that it was exclusively for owners and residents. Since I did not stay in the town, it seemed that I was not entitled to use the beach. However, a helpful suggestion would be to take a stroll to Inlet Beach, which is located in close proximity. This alternative option could be a viable solution for those who are not able to access the private beach.
Locating the beach may prove to be a challenge, but it can be found on the street adjacent to the post office, not Town Hall Street, but the one that leads past the Sugar Shak. In case you lack the gate code provided by the Pearl hotel, you may have to wait for someone to arrive and grant you access, which is a common occurrence. The beach is equipped with chairs and umbrellas for visitors to utilize, but you are free to bring your own.
