I had to park on the street to reach the beach, which seemed to be designed more for the beachfront houses. However, I visited the beach to witness the breathtaking sunset and take a refreshing evening swim. To my delight, the beach was not crowded at all, providing me with a peaceful and serene atmosphere.
The beach is decent, but it's on the smaller side, which makes it appear more congested compared to other beaches. Finding parking can be a bit challenging since you have to park on the street. Additionally, the stairs leading to the beach are quite steep, so be cautious. Nevertheless, like all beaches along the emerald coast, the scenery is stunning.
The beach was a pleasant and peaceful retreat, although locating a spot to park proved to be a challenge and we ultimately settled for parking on the roadside. We were uncertain if this was permissible, so we didn't linger for an extended period of time.
Please be aware that parking is not available in the vicinity. The area is intended for local residents to access by walking or cycling, rather than by car or golf cart. Additionally, the beach located directly east of the access point in front of Dolphin Watch is privately owned up to the water's edge. Visitors are advised to sit on the county-owned beachfront to the west of the boardwalk.
The beach was absolutely stunning! We had a peaceful morning stroll and the sand was incredibly pristine and velvety, resembling fine sugar.
