The shoreline is agreeable and enjoyable, however, it tends to shrink to a narrow strip during high tide, so it's best to avoid it at that time. Finding a parking spot can be quite challenging, especially in the summer season. The beach is frequently bustling with dogs, so if you're not fond of these furry friends, it's best to steer clear.
Welcome to this idyllic beach, where the beauty of nature is on full display. Before you can bask in the sun and sand, you must first navigate the treacherous narrow lane and pass through the farmer's gate. Don't forget to pay the £1 fee in the honesty box, unless you want to risk being chased down by an angry farmer. But once you've conquered these obstacles, you'll be rewarded with a peaceful oasis where you can unwind and forget about the stresses of life. And if you're lucky, you might even spot a rare bird or two. So come and experience the serenity of this beach, but be prepared for a bit of an adventure along the way.
This is an amazing spot for your furry friend, located to the North of Boulmer. We can either park in Boulmer and take a stroll around the headland or park a little closer, beyond the farm, and enjoy a lovely coastal path to the beach. You can easily locate it on Google map satellite view. Although it can get busy, it's still much less crowded than Druridge Bay. Additionally, there's an abundance of wildlife to observe.
I am fond of this location. The parking arrangements are satisfactory and the stroll to the beach is not too strenuous. The vicinity surrounding the beach is quite hygienic, though there are exceptions to this at times. The entire area is aesthetically pleasing, with some intriguing attractions that are worth exploring, such as peculiar rock formations and neat little streams. Additionally, there is a bridge in close proximity to the beach that spans over a charming stream. However, I would advise against attempting to cross the stream via the rocks, as it may result in getting drenched. All things considered, if you desire a pleasant walk, this is the ideal destination to visit.
The picturesque beach boasts of hidden inlets that are perfect for a private retreat. It is an idyllic spot for families with children and furry friends as they can indulge in various activities.
