The beach offers ample protection from gusts of wind and is a haven for those who enjoy investigating the rocky pools. This beach is an absolute gem and easily one of the best spots in the UK. Although those with mobility issues may find it difficult to access the shore when the tide is in, when it recedes it reveals a stunning landscape of small rock pools. These pools are crystal clear and some are deep enough to reach your thighs, making them perfect for a refreshing dip on a hot day. The rocky terrain also provides a sense of privacy, allowing you to relax and enjoy the scenery without feeling crowded. We had a fantastic time exploring the rock pools, playing in the waves, and building sandcastles. We cannot wait to return to this beautiful beach and experience it all over again.
