Review by Richard White. This beach is not accessable by vehicle as the road the the coast is a private one (two locked gates). You can gain access via the SW Coastal path which runs alongside or footpath from Hartland Quay or Stoke. The roadway is open for pedestrians who are visiting Hartland Abbey (seasonal only). You cannot access the beach with a bike. Closest parking is 2km walk at Hartland Quay or 1.5km from the Hamlet of Stoke (limited parking). As highlighted in reports there are no facilities at this beach.
This so-called lovely cove is nothing more than a secluded, unremarkable patch of sand. It's wild all right, but not in a good way - the path down from Blagberry is a muddy mess that will ruin your shoes. Don't bother with this overrated spot.
The beach offers awe-inspiring vistas that will leave you breathless. The journey to the shoreline is equally as enchanting, with a picturesque stroll that will take your breath away.
This beach exudes a serene ambiance. During low tide, I stumbled upon pockets of sandy shores and marveled at the majestic waves. The sight of surfers riding the waves added to the allure of this hidden gem.
This exquisite and secluded beach is an absolute gem, well worth the journey to reach it. The beauty of this hidden treasure is simply breathtaking, and the peaceful atmosphere is truly invigorating. It's truly a must-visit destination for anyone who appreciates the beauty of nature.
