Kalabantia is located on the Mediterranean Sea and it is in the 339th place out of 517 beaches in the Mugla region The beach is located in a natural place. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

It is a tiny several bays coastline with crystal turquoise water and white pebble, so it is recommended to wear special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, hikers etc. It is almost deserted place even during the high season. Please note that the area nearby is possible for wild camping.

This location is undoubtedly stunning and captivating. However, it is disheartening to see the aftermath of careless tourism, leaving the area in a state worse than a garbage dump. The mentality behind such tourist behavior is beyond my comprehension.

The journey to reach this hidden gem from Kabak Beach is not an easy one, as it takes approximately two hours of hiking along a challenging trail. Alternatively, there is a two-kilometer pathway that leads to a farm road. Once you arrive, you'll discover a serene and secluded shoreline with a shaded campsite that's perfect for a cozy campfire. The swimming conditions are delightful, and the ancient ruins add an intriguing element to the experience. You'll have the entire beach to yourself, except for the occasional boat that passes by every hour. It's imperative to bring an ample supply of water to ensure a comfortable and safe stay.
