The beach is overcrowded and the water appears to be contaminated with debris. Additionally, there are large rocks scattered throughout the beach area.
I had the pleasure of visiting a lovely public beach with my mother recently. We arrived on a Tuesday morning at 10am and were able to find two comfortable long chairs and an umbrella free of charge. I paid for our amenities with my card, which came to a total of 36 lira. If you're feeling peckish or thirsty, there's a vendor nearby who sells both hot and cold drinks, as well as snacks. You'll also find a toilet close by, which costs only 1 lira and accepts payment via coins or Istanbulcard. For those who prefer to soak up the sun without any beach accessories, there's plenty of space to lay down and enjoy the beautiful weather free of charge. The beach is moderately populated on weekdays and quite clean, with staff consistently removing garbage from the water. However, there are still some cigarette butts scattered about in the sand. Overall, our experience was quite positive and I would definitely recommend this beach to anyone looking for a relaxing day by the water.
This cozy beach may be small in size, but it boasts crystal-clear waters that are perfect for swimming and snorkeling. Despite its size, the beach is well-equipped with a variety of affordable cafes that offer delicious snacks and refreshing drinks. However, it's worth noting that the beach can get quite busy during peak season, so it's best to arrive early to secure a good spot. Despite the occasional litter, this beach is a hidden gem that promises a relaxing and enjoyable day out.
While not the most pristine beach, its convenient central location makes it easily accessible. However, given that it is privately owned and not free, it should have been maintained in a cleaner state.
This beach is a great option for those looking for an affordable day out with friends or family. With a price tag of only 10 TL per chair and 10 TL for an umbrella, it won't break the bank. The beach is almost clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable day in the sun. There are two small takeaway cafes on site, one of which serves drinks while the other offers snacks, mini burgers, and a few other options. Prices are reasonable, with snacks costing 7 TL and canned juice at 4 TL. Lifeguards are present to ensure the safety of beachgoers. However, the changing rooms and public baths are on the smaller side, so be prepared for a bit of a squeeze. One thing to note is that it's best not to rent an umbrella on windy days, as it can be difficult to keep it in one place. Overall, this beach is a great option for those on a budget who are looking for a relaxing day by the sea.
