If you're looking for a beach close to town, this is a great spot for swimming and sunbathing. Plus, there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The beach has light, fine pebbles and offers public restrooms and showers. However, be aware that music can be heard from all around and there may be occasional calls to prayer from the nearby mosque. But, the mosque itself is beautiful and provides a nice spot to rest under the shade of a tree.

The invigorating chill of the water is a welcome relief on a hot day, and the crystal clear transparency is simply mesmerizing.
