Patok Beach is located on the Andaman Sea (part of Indian ocean) and it is in the 9th place out of 70 beaches in the Phuket region 30.7 km away from its center, the city of Phuket. It is one of the beaches of Ban Rawai settlement, just 19.1 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area, surrounded by the cliffs.

It is a spacious bay with crystal turquoise water and white fine sand, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is partially crowded during the high season.

Patok Beach coast is free for all. This beach has the following amenities, loungers and umbrellas, beach restaurant, toilets, sea pool. There is also possible to take different water activities such as catamarans or jet skis. During the season this beach line is supervised by a lifeguard.

If you're looking to do some island hopping from Phuket, this island is a must-visit. The beach boasts stunning white sand and crystal clear water, and there are great resort and restaurant options available. In addition to lounging on the beach, you can also go snorkeling and scuba diving. I had an amazing time here and it was definitely one of the highlights of my trip. I highly recommend checking it out!

The beach is pleasant and enjoyable. You may notice some ravens on the nearby island, and some of them are quite friendly and unafraid of humans. They may even visit the cafe in search of food.

I visited this beach in March 2021 during the quiet COVID year. It was a peaceful and relaxing experience as there were not many daytrippers. The sunrises and sunsets were absolutely stunning and felt like a slice of heaven.
