It is one of the beaches of Armacao dos Buzios settlement, just 9.1 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area with very picturesque views.

It is a spacious bay with crystal turquoise water and pure bright fine sand, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. A place where you can go to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. This particular beach is quite popular, but don't let that fool you. It's a quiet and beautiful spot, perfect for those who want to get away from it all. However, the sea is not your friend here. It's rough and unforgiving, making it difficult to enjoy a swim or even a dip. Only the brave and experienced bodyboarders dare to take on the waves. Thankfully, there's a lifeguard on duty who does a great job of keeping everyone safe. So, if you're feeling adventurous, you can take a chance and hit the water. If you're looking for something more low-key, there's a restaurant called "Al mar" and some vendors selling drinks and ice cream on the sand.
