The food was exceptional and the location was unmatched - even the heavy tropical rain made the Caipirinhas more exciting. Awful!!! The room was not ready for my son and daughter until 11 pm in the evening. Moreover, the noise from the restaurant outside was so loud that I couldn't sleep until 1 am. Despite my complaint the next day, there was no improvement, and once again, I had to endure loud music in my room until 1 am. I was honestly relieved to check out of the hotel and finally find some peace and get some sleep. Although everyone was extremely friendly, they were unable to assist in achieving a better outcome.

My friends and I had a wonderful three-night stay at this beach. The location is absolutely amazing, and the staff went out of their way to ensure that everyone enjoyed their time here. The waiters at the restaurant were always extremely accommodating and patient, even with our large group. I highly recommend booking a room with a balcony to fully appreciate the breathtaking views. The only downside is that the laundry service is a bit pricey, but that's to be expected at a hotel of this caliber.
