Illa beach is located on the Atlantic ocean and it is in the 103th place out of 178 beaches in the A Coruña region 45.8 km away from its center, the city of Santiago de Compostela. It is one of the beaches of Laxe settlement, just 0.3 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place with very picturesque views.

It is a spacious bay with crystal turquoise water and light fine pebble, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth.
