Cofete Beach is located on the North Atlantic Ocean (part of Atlantic ocean) and it is in the 68th place out of 277 beaches in the Las Palmas region 102.9 km away from its center, the city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. It is one of the beaches of Cofete settlement, just 1 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place with very picturesque views, surrounded by the cliffs.

It is a long lasting coastline with crystal turquoise water and bright sand, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, hikers etc. It is almost deserted place even during the high season.

Cofete Beach coast is free for all. It has no amenities, only nature. .

In addition to swimming and sunbathing, you can also take part in other activities.

To get to the beach, you need to drive along a dirt road about 2km long. Parking is located directly on the beach.

This beach is definitely worth visiting! The journey to get here is quite long and the condition of the road is very bad. It might be necessary to have a 4X4 vehicle to navigate the rough volcanic road. However, once you arrive, you will understand why it is so stunning! There are not many tourists here, and the beach itself is absolutely fantastic! Additionally, you can also find wind-eroded landforms in this area. The waves here are also excellent!

While it can be a bit challenging to reach this beach due to its winding, occasionally narrow roads with potholes and occasional rocks, it is still feasible and not too difficult. However, once you arrive, you will be amazed by the breathtaking beach and the magnificent sights it offers. The beach tends to be quite windy, and the waves can get quite high. Additionally, the currents are strong, which is why swimming is not a popular activity here. Nevertheless, the views are absolutely stunning.
