Playa Del Junquillo is located on the North Atlantic Ocean (part of Atlantic ocean) and it is in the 165th place out of 277 beaches in the Las Palmas region 95.8 km away from its center, the city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. It is one of the beaches of Puerto de la Cruz settlement, just 4.9 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place, surrounded by the cliffs. This beach is not a well-known place, so it is well suited for a relaxing leisure.

It is a small bay with crystal turquoise water and bright sand & rocks cover, so it is recommended to wear special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal.
