The perfect place to unwind and get away from it all. The sand is hot and the water is a beautiful azure blue. It's wild, scenic and absolutely amazing - one of my favorite spots.
The beach at Long-Dong Silver was a sight to behold, but the people there were far from hospitable. God's wrath was surely upon them, yet they paid no mind to the warnings of the crashing waves. We quickly made our escape, running into the sunset and leaving the place behind. It was a beautiful sight, but the lack of humility ruined it.
If you're a nature lover, this is the place to be! With bus 946 (bus stop Cruces de Almáciga) accessible from Santa Cruz, you can enjoy a stunning mountain drive with lots of hairpin turns - no need to drive yourself, just take in the view!
This place is an adventure! A warning sign reads 'dangerous beach with big currents', and they are not exaggerating - the waves here are the biggest on the island. But the shallower parts of the beach offer a great opportunity to play with the waves - a fun and thrilling experience!
Perfect beach for those who love to surf and play in the waves. Although it's a bit off the beaten path, the trip to Anaga is worth it. Take caution when in the water, as the currents can be strong and take you away from the shore. Fortunately, lifeguards are usually on site to help keep everyone safe. Moreover, this beach offers one of the best sunset views on the island.
