Playa de la Arena is located on the North Atlantic Ocean (part of Atlantic ocean) and it is in the 88th place out of 242 beaches in the Santa Cruz de Tenerife region 10.7 km away from its center, the city of Santa Ursula. It is one of the beaches of Puerto de la Madera settlement, just 0.8 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place, surrounded by the cliffs.

It is a small bay with crystal blue water and gray sand & pebble cover, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is not crowded place during the season.

Playa de la Arena coast is free for all. It has no amenities, only nature. .

In addition to swimming and sunbathing, you can also take part in other activities.

This beach is easily accessible, it is located very close to road. Parking is located at some distance, within 300 meters.

Playa de la Arena was really great; it was secluded and didn't have any lifeguard presence (at least when we were there). Additionally, there was a nice sea pool right by the parking lot.

This beach near Puerto de la Madera was really great and had everything you could need! There was also a natural pool with ocean water, but unfortunately it was closed during our visit. Unfortunately, dogs weren't allowed either. Overall, not the best experience.
