Playa de Maschalani is located on the North Atlantic Ocean (part of Atlantic ocean) and it is in the 204th place out of 242 beaches in the Santa Cruz de Tenerife region 132.8 km away from its center, the city of Santa Ursula. It is one of the beaches of Los Canarios settlement, just 4 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place.

It is a short straight coastline with crystal blue water and black sand, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is almost deserted place even during the high season.

Playa de Maschalani coast is free for all. It has no amenities, only nature. .

This beach is a lovely, peaceful spot. It's not advisable to visit when there are waves. The texture of the ground varies between sand and rocks, depending on the wind and waves. When it's rocky, it can be a bit challenging to enter and exit the water due to the loose stones.

The beach nestled amidst the lava is stunning and peaceful. We visited specifically for snorkeling as the water was much calmer during our visit.

The beach is spacious and incredibly stunning, with volcanic rock formations and striking black sand. Adjacent to the beach are two enchanting ponds known as el aljibe, where you can enjoy a tranquil and soothing swim. Additionally, there is a charming little cove near the lighthouse. All in all, this place comes highly recommended.
