Poblacion Beach is located on the Bohol Sea (part of Pacific ocean) and it is in the 3th place out of 22 beaches in the Central Visayas region 140.1 km away from its center, the city of Cebú. It is one of the beaches of Dauin settlement, just 0.6 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

It is a spacious coastline with turquoise water and bright sand, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is partially crowded during the high season.

A significant part of the beach has a restricted access. The beach facilities are only available to hotel guests. Their list includes, loungers and umbrellas, beach restaurant, toilets, sea pool. .

In addition to swimming and sunbathing, you can also take part in other activities, diving.

This beach is easily accessible, it is located very close to road. Parking is located directly on the beach.

The dive was surprisingly great for muck-diving fans, with sightings of nudibranches, ghost pipefish, sea snakes, and frogfish. The dive was enjoyable and easy, reaching a maximum depth of 25m. However, there was a noticeable amount of rubbish washed up on the shoreline, showing that while nature did its part, humans could do better.
