Puka Shell Beach is located on the Sibuyan Sea (part of Pacific ocean) and it is in the 5th place out of 41 beaches in the Western Visayas region 159.9 km away from its center, the city of Iloilo City. It is one of the beaches of Yapak settlement, just 0.5 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area, among the mountains, surrounded by the cliffs. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

It is a long lasting coastline with crystal turquoise water and pure bright fine sand, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, seniors etc. It is partially crowded during the high season.

Puka Shell Beach coast is free for all. This beach has the following amenities, loungers and umbrellas, beach restaurant, changing rooms, showers, toilets. During the season this beach line is supervised by a lifeguard.

The beach located at the far end of Borocay is the best one to visit. The water is exceptionally clear and you can observe coral fish surrounding you. My partner and I loved it so much that we returned four times during our stay. We purchased snorkeling gear and had a great time - even without swimming, my fiance was able to see a lot of marine life. I ventured about 10 meters into the water and was amazed by the reef, sea creatures, and even managed to spot an eel. If you're in Boracay, this is definitely the beach to visit.

This beach in Boracay is definitely the best one around. The water is stunning, but if you're not a strong swimmer, the waves can be a bit too much. It's not as crowded as White Beach, which makes it perfect for a family-friendly atmosphere. If you're looking to spend quality time with your loved ones on the beach, this is the place to go. However, if you're looking for more activity and people-watching, White Beach is the spot for you.
