This small bay is blessed with occasional waves that surfers will love. However, during the rainy season, the water may not be crystal clear due to the river outflow. It's worth noting that crocodiles may also make an appearance from time to time.
The beach is a secluded gem, stretching for half a mile, with a gentle surf that welcomes all. The Rancho Tortugas beach bar and restaurant are a delightful addition, adding to the friendly atmosphere. If you're looking for more to do, don't miss out on visiting the Vivero Escameca Turtle Sanctuary, run by Tim, or the Verdad Nicaragua Boutique Hotel, both must-visit destinations.
What a cliché! Everyone knows that beaches are supposed to be beautiful. And sure, this one might be pretty, but what's the big deal? It's not like it's the only beach in the world. And as for amazing, well, that's just hyperbole. It's a beach. Sand, water, maybe some rocks or shells. It's not exactly a life-changing experience. So yeah, I guess it's nice, but let's not get carried away.
This beach is nothing short of ordinary. It's located far away from the hustle and bustle of the more popular beaches in the area, making it a desolate and uneventful place. It's perfect for those who enjoy the sound of their own breathing during a solo yoga session or for those who want to have a lackluster family picnic. The only thing that stands out about this beach is the unimpressive view on the drive down. Additionally, the waves are disappointingly small compared to other beaches in the vicinity.
I have had the privilege of visiting numerous beaches, but I must say that this particular one stands out as one of the most breathtakingly beautiful ones I have ever laid my eyes on.
