Plage de M'Diq is located on the Alboran Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 11th place out of 68 beaches in the Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima region 44.3 km away from its center, the city of Tangier. It is one of the beaches of M'Diq settlement, just 0.9 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area, among the mountains.

It is a long lasting coastline with crystal turquoise water and bright sand, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is partially crowded during the high season.

The beach is serene and well-maintained, with golden sand that adds to its appeal. I recommend visiting during the months of June or September when it's less crowded, as it may not be worth it otherwise.

This shoreline is truly a sight to behold, however, I must admit that I had to deduct a star due to the overwhelming amount of visitors during the peak summer months. Despite the crowds, there's no denying the natural beauty of this beach. The crystal clear waters and soft sands make for the perfect setting to soak up the sun and unwind. It's no wonder that this spot is a popular destination for both tourists and locals alike. If you're willing to brave the crowds, this beach is definitely worth a visit.
