Bersih Beach is located on the Malacca Strait and it is in the 16th place out of 22 beaches in the Penang region 6.5 km away from its center, the city of George Town. It is one of the beaches of Maklom settlement, just 2.5 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

It is a spacious coastline with turquoise water and bright sand, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is not crowded place during the season.

The stunning vista of the ocean is truly breathtaking, however, this particular beach may not be the ideal location for families to enjoy a leisurely picnic or engage in playful activities. Regrettably, the water is polluted and there is a sewage pipe in close proximity, making it difficult to recommend this beach to visitors.

The tranquility of this beach is unparalleled. My friend and I stumbled upon this hidden gem by chance. I had always assumed that Pantai Bersih was the only beach in the area with a rest and recreation center, but I was mistaken. This beach is a whole other world, and it's absolutely fantastic. It's not crowded at all, which makes it incredibly peaceful. You can watch children playing in the water nearby, and families enjoying picnics together. And let's not forget about the food stalls that offer a wide range of delicious treats. This is the perfect spot to unwind and relax. It's definitely worth a visit.
