It is one of the beaches of Mongerbino settlement, just 0.2 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place, surrounded by the cliffs.

It is a small bay with crystal turquoise water and gray sand & rocks cover, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is partially crowded during the high season.

Spiaggia dei Francesi coast is free for all. It has no amenities, only nature. .

In addition to swimming and sunbathing, you can also take part in other activities.

Getting to the beach is quite simple: just take a short walk along the trail. Parking is located at some distance, within 300 meters.

The beach was a serene and secluded haven with a sense of calmness that enveloped the entire area. The journey to reach this hidden gem was a bit of a trek from Palermo, but the journey was well worth it. The lack of crowds allowed for complete relaxation and the opportunity to fully immerse oneself in the natural beauty of the beach.

On September 9th 2021, the entrance to the beach was marked as temporarily closed with an imposing iron door, making it impossible to access. It appears that there may be a problem with the track a few meters beyond the door, which could explain the closure. Unfortunately, this means that the bay is currently inaccessible. Additionally, finding a parking spot in the area appears to be challenging.

It's unfortunate that the entrance to the beach has been closed due to private property, rendering the 40-minute walk in the heat pointless. This news is quite disappointing, and it's a shame that there isn't an alternative route available.

I have nothing negative to say about this beach. It truly resembles a paradise on Earth. However, due to its stunning beauty, finding a tranquil spot to relax can be quite challenging. The beach is often bustling with people, but the water remains crystal clear and pristine.
