The beach is incredibly beautiful, with very few people visiting and the sea is clean.
A tranquil haven, where the soothing sound of the sea's waves breaks the silence, awaits you at this beach. Its pristine shores are adorned with Posidonia, the sea's natural cleaner, creating a beautiful contrast against the sandy backdrop. For those seeking a peaceful vacation filled with relaxation, reading, sunbathing, and swimming, this beach has everything you need.
Carratois nature reserve is a slightly polluted spot, although it has been enhanced by the opening of several beach resorts over the years. Despite their presence, the natural beauty of the place remains unaffected and they do provide some services, albeit at a high cost. The beach has a beautiful stretch of fine white sand, giving it a desert-like appearance. The water is crystal clear and the seabed gently slopes. You have the option to enjoy either the free or private beach areas. The only slight issue was the narrow road leading out of the parking lots, but overall, I really enjoyed my time there.
The convergence of two oceans is truly breathtaking. It's important to be cautious when setting up your beach umbrella due to the constant wind. There are options for both public and private beaches. The prices at the restaurants may seem excessive, such as 40 euros for a plate of fries, but they also offer more affordable choices like wraps.
