Faraglioni Beach is located on the Adriatic Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 8th place out of 81 beaches in the Foggia region 59.5 km away from its center, the city of Foggia. It is one of the beaches of Mattinata settlement, just 9 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place with very picturesque views, surrounded by the cliffs. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

It is a spacious bay with crystal turquoise water and light fine pebble, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is quite sharp. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is partially crowded during the high season.

A significant part of the beach has a restricted access. The beach facilities are only available to hotel guests. Their list includes, loungers and umbrellas, beach restaurant, changing rooms, showers, toilets. During the season this beach line is supervised by a lifeguard.

The beach is privately owned, so entry is only permitted with exorbitant fees. They even refuse to sell water, which is quite inconvenient. I highly recommend not giving any money to these exploitative individuals. There is a potential risk of harm, as indicated on the map.

This beach is a hidden treasure away from the usual tourist spots. The rooms are modern and roomy, and the service provided by the large team is top-notch. The location is absolutely picturesque. The amenities include a swimming pool, relaxing areas with hammocks beneath the pine trees, a lift to the beach, and complimentary kayak and paddle. They also have a system in place to allocate lounge chairs and an umbrella on the beach, which prevents people from reserving them with towels early in the morning. All in all, it was an excellent find.

The staff is excellent, and there are enjoyable events to participate in. The beach itself is pleasant, with various water sports available, and the sea water is exceptionally clean. Additionally, there is a lovely beach bar to enjoy. Situated in a forested area, this place is perfect for experiencing complete relaxation after a long, challenging work period.
