Feakes beach

Feakes beach is located on the Ionian Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 153th place out of 504 beaches in the Ioanian Islands region 7.7 km away from its center, the city of Corfu. It is one of the beaches of Kommeno settlement, just 0.5 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place with very picturesque views, among the mountains. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

It is a straight coastline with crystal turquoise water and light fine pebble, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is partially crowded during the high season.

Feakes beach shoreline is completely occupied by the hotels. The beach facilities are only available to hotel guests. Their list includes, loungers and umbrellas, beach restaurant, changing rooms, showers, toilets. There is also possible to take different water activities such as catamarans or jet skis. This area has also a water park in the sea with various inflatable toys which constitute excellent activities for parents and children. During the season this beach line is supervised by a lifeguard.
