This picturesque and charming cove is a hidden gem that can only be reached by boat. The beach boasts a rocky seabed that gradually deepens just a few meters from the shoreline. While it may not be the ideal destination for families with young children, it is a great spot for those seeking a peaceful and tranquil getaway.
This is hands down the best beach in Corfu. Accessible only by boat or kayak, there's no need to venture elsewhere. The water is crystal clear and perfect for snorkeling with some small fish to spot. While the water may be a bit chilly in July, it's still great for swimming. However, I'd advise against visiting Sidari as it doesn't compare to this beach.
In my opinion, the most outstanding beach in Corfu boasts of pristine waters that are crystal clear and shingles instead of sand. It seems that the only means of access is by sea. To reach this secluded paradise, we rented a small boat from Paleokastritsa and spent a delightful half-day there. I highly recommend it.
After renting a 15 hp boat from Palaiokastritsa harbor, we arrived at the beach in about 20 minutes. The beach is quite pebbly and provides excellent snorkeling opportunities. However, it's essential to be cautious when standing near the cliffs since we observed several football-sized rocks tumbling into the sea.
Excellent location and offers a secluded environment for those seeking a quiet getaway.
