Iliodoros beach is located on the Ionian Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 203th place out of 504 beaches in the Ioanian Islands region 17.3 km away from its center, the city of Corfu. It is one of the beaches of Liapades settlement, just 2 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place with very picturesque views, among the mountains.

It is a small bay with crystal turquoise water and light sand & pebble cover, so it is recommended to wear special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is not crowded place during the season.

Iliodoros beach coast is free for all. It has no amenities, only nature. .

In addition to swimming and sunbathing, you can also take part in other activities.

This beach is easily accessible, it is located very close to road. Parking is located directly on the beach.

The hike to the beach was a delightful experience. The journey takes around an hour without any breaks, although it is highly unlikely to resist the temptation to pause and take in the stunning views. I have provided a map with an estimated route, highlighting the starting point and the location where I parked my vehicle. It can be quite confusing to determine the correct starting point from other reviews. Make sure to catch a glimpse of the breathtaking Paradise beach from the mountain top. I have marked a hidden trail on the map that is in close proximity to Liniodoros beach, only a seven-minute walk away.

Accessing the beach may not be a walk in the park, as finding proper guidance on how to get there can be a bit of a challenge. My watch recorded a trail that took approximately 50 minutes from the Rovinia beach parking, with a similar duration for the return trip, despite the uphill climb. However, the beach is worth the effort, especially in the afternoon, and the experience may be affected by the number of boats that dock there. Overall, the beach is beautiful and worth exploring.
