Meltemaki beach is located on the Sea of Crete (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 242th place out of 478 beaches in the Crete region 146.7 km away from its center, the city of Kastelli. It is one of the beaches of Souda settlement, just 1.5 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place with very picturesque views.

It is a spacious bay with crystal turquoise water and bright sand, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, partygoers etc. It is not crowded place during the season.
