I can't express enough how amazing this hotel is. The way they genuinely care about their guests goes above and beyond anything we've ever experienced, even after traveling all over the world. Their customer service is exceptional, but it doesn't feel transactional. It honestly feels like they truly care and go above and beyond to ensure their guests have a great time. It's especially fantastic for families. The dedicated staff at the kids club ensure that the children are well taken care of and engaged in fun activities. The hotel even provides complimentary, healthy, and delicious meals for the kids. The restaurants are reasonably priced compared to other hotels of this caliber, yet the food and service are outstanding. We are incredibly grateful to every single employee and the management for creating such a wonderful experience. We can't wait to return on our next trip.

The people and facilities at the beach are absolutely amazing! The employees are incredibly polite, mostly helpful, and genuinely have smiles on their faces. My family and I had an amazing vacation at Amirandes Grecotel hotel. One of the best parts of our stay was the incredible range of sports activities available, like football and volleyball. The person in charge of organizing these activities was a delightful and funny individual, which made our experience even better. Their enthusiasm and sense of humor made each activity more memorable. The combination of luxurious accommodations, breathtaking surroundings, and the lively sports atmosphere truly made our stay unforgettable. We're eagerly looking forward to coming back to Amirandes Grecotel for another fantastic vacation filled with laughter and fun.

During our recent visit to Crete, we spent four nights at this hotel. It is absolutely stunning and offers all the amenities one could possibly need without having to venture outside the resort. There are live entertainment singers, shopping boutiques, a spa, multiple gym areas, indoor and outdoor pools, and even facilities for various sports activities. The breakfast and dinner buffets were truly impressive, with a wide array of options and incredibly delicious food. The private beach area was particularly delightful, and the sunsets viewed from there were absolutely breathtaking. If you're seeking a resort where you can simply relax and unwind without needing to go anywhere else, this place has everything you could ask for. However, if you're looking to explore Crete and immerse yourself in its sights and cuisine, staying in a resort like this might not provide the best value for your money. It's a bit far from Heraklion City, but you can easily reach the heart of the city either by taking a bus or hiring a private car.

This is our second time staying here and I must say that the experience is still incredible. The hotel is absolutely stunning and the service is impeccable. Every staff member here goes above and beyond to make you feel special and is extremely attentive to any questions or requests you may have. A huge thank you to the architect and designer of the hotel who have created beautiful aesthetics in every corner. Every aspect of the hotel is well-planned, cohesive, and promotes a sense of tranquility. Everything is in perfect order. The breakfast is delicious and offers a wide variety of options.
