Paralia Achladi is located on the Aegean Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 322th place out of 1022 beaches in the South Aegean region 6.3 km away from its center, the city of Ermoupoli. It is one of the beaches of Kardia to rema settlement, just 1.1 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area, among the mountains.

It is a small several bays coastline with crystal turquoise water and brown sand, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, seniors etc. It is partially crowded during the high season.

The beach exudes a serene and tranquil atmosphere, which, in my humble opinion, surpasses the bustling Vari beach located on the opposite side of the bay. Moreover, the on-site café offers complimentary wooden sunbeds to guests who make a purchase.

The beach is absolutely delightful, and the staff who oversee the area are incredibly friendly and accommodating. They generously offer complimentary sunbeds with any purchase from their bar. In my opinion, the beach in Syros is simply adorable. Although the gulf may be petite, the azure waters are so clear that you can see right through them. The picturesque views of the surrounding area are a sight to behold and make a visit to this beach an absolute must. It's only a short 10-minute drive away from Ermoupolis, and there's a beach bar/snack bar available for your convenience. However, be sure to arrive early as there aren't many sunbeds and umbrellas available.
