Ag. Dimitrios beach is located on the Aegean Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 91th place out of 348 beaches in the Thessaly region 139.5 km away from its center, the city of Larissa. It is one of the beaches of Agios Dimitrios settlement, just 0.3 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place with very picturesque views. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

It is a spacious coastline with crystal turquoise water and gray pebble, so it is recommended to wear special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, partygoers etc. It is not crowded place during the season.

The beach is a beautiful stretch of pebbles, shaped like a peninsula. It is a haven for some ducks and geese who can be seen hanging out there. The sunbeds are reasonably priced, and there is ample space for those who prefer to just lie down and bask in the sun. The waters are calm, possibly due to the shelter provided by the Peristera island situated opposite.

The stone beach is simply amazing, with crystal clear waters that are perfect for swimming. The beach is incredibly long, providing ample space for everyone to enjoy themselves. However, due to its reputation as the most stunning beach in Alonissos, it can get quite busy at times. To get there, you'll need to rent a car or a bike because it's quite a distance from Patitiri.

The beach was pleasant, yet it didn't stand out much from the other beaches in the vicinity. Despite its lengthy distance from the city, the shoreline was still rocky and the scenery was not as captivating as other beaches with stunning cliffs. The water was warm and inviting for a swim, however, it failed to live up to the high expectations set by other glowing reviews.
