If you're looking for a truly relaxing getaway, this beach is the perfect spot. It offers a fantastic beach with pristine, tranquil water that's ideal for swimming, diving, and even safe for little ones. The food and drinks are decent, and the staff, particularly the bartenders, are friendly and always have a smile on their faces. I highly recommend it!
Firstly, the rooms were quite decent, although some of the furniture was quite old, which is unacceptable considering the price. If you happen to be assigned a room with a shower that floods the bathroom floor, simply speak to the attractive gentleman at the beach bar, and he will likely take care of it, as he did for us. The service for Greek people was impeccable, but unfortunately, the service for tourists was terrible, as evident throughout the entire place. The quality of the food was very poor, but at least you can eat as much as you want. The only reason the food stays warm is because there are many visitors every year, so it gets consumed quickly and needs to be replenished promptly. Another positive aspect was the unlimited number of drinks included in the ultra all-inclusive option, perfect for those hot days. The only thing I truly enjoyed here is the breathtaking view. I must mention that it was worth spending the entire afternoon on the balcony, just gazing outside, and the view from the beach was also stunning. I would recommend revisiting the beach after 21:30, as that's when the moon rises directly in front of you, creating a magical atmosphere. Overall, it was an acceptable vacation for me as a Greek, but I expected more. The ultra all-inclusive option is not worth it, and I suggest trying out restaurants outside the hotel. I must note that there were never any loud music or events as described. The beach is quite small and often filled with seagulls that tend to snatch food.
The beach is in a stunning location with abundant greenery. The hotel is situated right on the beach and offers ample parking facilities. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the rooms are cleaned on a daily basis. While the food selection may not be extensive, every meal, especially the desserts, is absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this hotel!
In general, it's a nice place, but the service staff was quite unreasonable and occasionally rude, particularly the individuals at the reception and bar. On the bright side, the kitchen staff was good. The ultra all-inclusive package didn't really live up to its name. The food was below average and the selection was quite limited. However, the room upkeep was excellent, although some rooms lacked a wardrobe. As for the beach, it's a public one, so you need to arrive early to secure a sunbed. Unfortunately, there's no swimming pool available. You can definitely find better hotels or villas for half the price.
Upon our arrival, we were disappointed to find that the reception did not provide any guidance or assistance. The lack of support from the staff was quite frustrating, especially considering that we had chosen the ULTRA ALL INCLUSIVE package. The bar staff was completely unhelpful and provided the worst service we have ever experienced. When you purchase an all-inclusive package, especially one labeled as ULTRA, you expect to have access to food whenever you need it, not just during limited breakfast, lunch, and dinner times. The quality of the food was average, and we were hoping to try some traditional dishes, but unfortunately, there was no fish available. It was also disappointing to discover that despite paying for the ALL INCLUSIVE package, the bar only offered instant coffee, one type of draft beer (which tasted like water), and mediocre local alcoholic beverages. On the right side of the bar, there was an espresso machine worth 15-20k Euros and better quality bottled alcohol, but these came at an additional cost. It felt unfair and confusing. To our surprise, we were asked to pay an extra 5€ for certain snacks, which seemed unnecessary. Additionally, we were required to pay a deposit for beach towels, which was unexpected. The mattresses in our accommodations were very old and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Moreover, there were no daytime or evening entertainment options available, which was quite disappointing.
