Sahara beach

During my recent trip to this beach, I had an incredibly rejuvenating time. As soon as I stepped onto the soft, white sand, I was immediately enchanted by the serene beauty that enveloped me. The clear, turquoise waters gently caressed the shoreline. One aspect that stood out about this beach was its exceptional cleanliness. The staff's commitment to maintaining the area was evident, as there wasn't a single trace of litter in sight. Additionally, the well-maintained facilities, such as the spotless restrooms and convenient shower areas, added to the overall comfort of my visit. To sum it up, this beach is truly a hidden treasure.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Sahara beach bar near Nea Irakleia! The manager and staff were extremely friendly and attentive, which made our visit truly unforgettable. We all had a great time. The beachfront location was stunning, and the drinks were delicious. The service went above and beyond our expectations. Although we didn't try any of the watersports due to the windy weather on the day we visited, they seemed interesting. The beach had over 1.5K sunbeds in different shapes, ensuring the comfort of all guests. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to relax and enjoy a perfect day at the beach. We will definitely be returning regularly!

The beach tends to be understaffed, especially on weekends when it gets crowded. I suppose it's understandable considering the large number of sunbeds available. Parking is free, except in shaded areas where it costs €5 for the entire day. As expected, prices have increased over the years, which is quite disappointing. This year, the minimum order for a spot in the front row is €15 per person.

There is a limited selection of non-alcoholic drinks available, and bringing your own food or drinks is not allowed unless you manage to hide it and consume it discreetly. The parking area consists of a basic mixture of gravel and sand, and it is exposed to direct sunlight. There are a few individuals who assist in guiding you through the parking lot. The beach contains numerous stones within the sand, and the presence of fine sand only begins approximately 5-10 meters after the shoreline in the sea; prior to that, it is rocky. On the right side (west) of the beach, there is a more desirable wild section where the water remains shallow for a considerable distance, and fine sand can be found a few meters from the shore.

The beach is pleasant and the service is excellent. They offer two different zones with varying prices. If you choose a spot closer to the beach, the consumption fee is 30€ per person, while if you opt for a seat further from the beach (starting from the 7th row), the consumption fee is 15€ per person. The quality of the food is fantastic and the coffee is exceptional. Additionally, the sunbeds are comfortable and the music is enjoyable. Overall, you can expect to have a wonderful experience at this beach.
