Sarti Beach is located on the Aegean Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 40th place out of 367 beaches in the Central Macedonia region 107.7 km away from its center, the city of Thessaloniki. It is one of the beaches of Sarti settlement, just 0.6 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area, among the mountains.

It is a long bay with crystal blue water and bright sand, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, seniors etc. It is partially crowded during the high season.

Sarti Beach coast is free for all. This beach has the following amenities, loungers and umbrellas, beach restaurant, changing rooms, toilets. During the season this beach line is supervised by a lifeguard.

In addition to swimming and sunbathing, you can also take part in other activities. This beach is popular for windsurfing or kiteboarding.

Fans of active recreation can take part in beach volleyball.

This beach is easily accessible, it is located very close to road. Parking is located directly on the beach.

The only redeeming quality of this beach is the breathtaking sight of mt. Athos. Otherwise, it fails to impress with its unremarkable water and rough sand. The beach is crowded with families, and the nearby town appears to be lacking in charm, with its abundance of tacky souvenir shops and budget dining options. The cost of lodging is unjustifiably high given the underwhelming amenities. Sithonia boasts far superior destinations to explore.

The beach is quite vast, with a long stretch of fine sand both on the shore and in the water. During our visit, the waves were quite big. The water starts off deep, ranging from 1.50 to 1.70 meters, but gradually decreases to 0.80 to 1.00 meters about 20 meters from the shore. The cost for renting an umbrella and two sunbeds is at least 6 EUR for the first three hours. Unfortunately, there are no showers or changing rooms available, but the bar staff can direct you to the nearest restroom.

The pristine and vast expanse of the beach is truly a sight to behold. The sand is soft and inviting, while the crystal-clear waters beckon you to take a dip. A particular section of the beach is shallow, making it the perfect spot for families with young children. Despite the constant breeze, the weather remained temperate during my visit, making for a delightful experience. The beach boasts a plethora of bars, each offering comfortable deck chairs and umbrellas for your convenience.
