Spathies beach is located on the Aegean Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 65th place out of 367 beaches in the Central Macedonia region 84.7 km away from its center, the city of Thessaloniki. It is one of the beaches of Elia settlement, just 3 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area, among the mountains. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

It is a small bay with crystal blue water and pure bright fine sand, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is not crowded place during the season.

Spathies beach coast is free for all. It has no amenities, only nature. .

In addition to swimming and sunbathing, you can also take part in other activities.

This beach is easily accessible, it is located very close to road. Parking is located at some distance, within 300 meters.

The two Spathies beaches are adjacent to each other, but this particular stretch is notably more spacious and tranquil than its counterpart. It requires a bit of a stroll to reach, but the breathtaking sight of crystal-clear azure waters, pristine sand and pebbles, and ruggedly beautiful rock formations make it well worth the effort. While there are no beach bars or restaurants to be found, this spot provides all the necessary ingredients for a perfect day by the sea.

The beaches are just fantastic! Two petite beaches that are unspoiled and incredibly stunning! Perfect for those who enjoy snorkeling, as there is an abundance of marine life and corals to discover. Plus, parking is free and conveniently located near the beach. Who wouldn't want to spend a day at this idyllic paradise?

Ah, the beach. A place where you can enjoy the simple pleasures of life - like clean blue water, nice sand, and some rocks. But don't get too excited, my dear traveler, for there are no amenities to be found here. No umbrellas to shield you from the sun's merciless rays, no bars to quench your thirst. Just you, the elements, and a whole lot of irony.

This stunning beach is an absolute sight to behold, but unfortunately, it tends to get overly packed with visitors, leaving little room for personal space and hardly any comfortable spots to set up your beach umbrella. However, it's a haven for snorkeling enthusiasts, with an abundance of colorful fish swimming about, and the shallow waters at the start make it a safe and enjoyable spot for children to splash around. Just be warned, finding a parking spot can be quite the challenge if you arrive after 9 am.

The beach is quite petite, hence it is advisable to reach there before 10 in the morning to secure a prime spot. The water is crystal clear and the sand is fine, making it a perfect spot for snorkeling enthusiasts. However, one must be cautious while treading the rocky area as it can be slippery and sea urchins are present. It is recommended to wear snorkeling shoes for added safety.
