Although there is an unsettling abandoned concrete structure nearby, the beach itself is a peaceful and pleasant place to visit. The staff at the bar are friendly, and the food is enjoyable. The restroom is well-maintained, and overall, the beach offers a pleasant experience.
It's such a shame... The beach has a beautiful location, the staff is very polite, and the beach bar serves tasty snacks. However, the 35-year-old abandoned hotel, which used to be a popular destination for wealthy Athenians, really ruins the scenery and makes it quite disappointing. Hopefully, someday a hotel owner will make a deal with the local authorities to restore it! Until that day comes, I hope my grandchildren get the chance to see it.
The beach bar is absolutely lovely, and the staff is exceptional. The facilities are impeccably clean, and the water is wonderfully clear. Don't forget to bring your snorkeling gear, as you'll have plenty of opportunities to spot fish. It's a beautiful beach that's perfect for relaxation.
The beach is the perfect spot to spend the day, with umbrellas and sunbeds available for only 5 euros. Even if you arrive at 10:30 in the morning, it's still easy to find a place. Additionally, there is convenient parking and the food and cocktails are delicious, with coffee, burgers, salads, and sandwiches offered at affordable prices. We ended up going to Aegina Maris Beach Bar for six consecutive days during our vacation. The beach itself is clean, and the service is exceptionally friendly, especially the young man who was there in the mornings and Dino in the afternoon. We highly recommend this place! A big thank you to the team for their hospitality!
The beach isn't overcrowded, making it a great choice for families. There is no entrance fee, and the last bus departs at 4:20. It's a sandy beach, and while it's nice, it could be a bit cleaner. However, the water is crystal clear.
