Kalamaki Beach (Alimos beach or παραλία Kαλαμακίου) is in the 101th place out of 410 beaches in the Attica region 8.4km away from its center, the city of Athens. It is one of the beaches of Alimos settlement, just 1 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area.

It is a tiny several bays coastline with green water and brown sand, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is partially crowded during the high season.

By the way, there are some great hotels around the beach, including: WaitNsea, Zefyros Super Cool Apartments, Nefeli Hotel Alimos, Sea View Beach Penthouse.

Kalamaki Beach coast is free for all. This beach has the following amenities, loungers and umbrellas, beach restaurant, changing rooms, toilets. During the season this beach line is supervised by a lifeguard

This beach is easily accessible, it is located very close to road. Large parking spot is located directly on the beach.

The beach offers crystal-clear water and stunning scenery, with easy access via tram. A supermarket is conveniently located nearby, but it's advisable to bring your own refreshments to the private beaches, which charge 8€ per person for entry and an additional 8€ for use of umbrellas and chairs. Within the private area, there are amenities such as a bar, showers, and bathrooms.

The beach is great and offers free admission. However, if you require a sunbed, it will cost 15 Euro per person. It's conveniently located near the tram station.

The beach offers of its serene beauty, with crystal clear waters that are perfect for a refreshing dip. The sunbeds are available at a reasonable price of 15€ per person, which is definitely worth it for the comfort they provide. The showers are in good working condition, ensuring that you can rinse off the saltwater after a swim. Additionally, the beach bar is a great spot to grab a refreshing drink, while the toilet and small supermarket at the entrance are free for use. All in all, this is one of the top beaches in the riviera that you don't want to miss.

Really quiet, nice beach, perfect for couples or families who are looking forward to unwinding and spending quality time on the beach :)

It appears that the beach has just opened for the season. The service is a bit disorganized. There are some skilled beach tennis players who play all day, so if you're interested, it could be fun. However, there are a lot of pigeons, I counted at least 20 by my sunbed. The sunbeds are 10 EUR, but there are cheaper options available that are not very comfortable. Overall, I am not sure if I would come back.
