It's been two years since Argo Beach disappeared, and I really hope it makes a comeback soon. It's such a lovely spot, located right by the crashing waves. Warm regards, Ms. Elena.
Even though I reside in Nafpaktos, I had the opportunity to visit the beach multiple times last season. The atmosphere was delightful, the service was excellent, and the beach itself was incredibly stunning. Without a doubt, it will be our go-to spot again this year!
I arrived at the beach after coming from s/k and decided to make a quick stop at the company for a coffee. However, the friendly staff and the enjoyable atmosphere ended up persuading us to stay for the entire day, indulging in food, drinks, wine, and even taking a refreshing swim. Well done!
The beach is owned by a lovely elderly couple who are very friendly and kind. They offer a perfect variety of items, most of which are handmade and delicious. While the price is not the cheapest in the area, it is definitely worth it. The service may take a bit of time, but everything gets done efficiently during that time. If you're looking for speed and service, it's better to go to a five-star establishment. It's hard for me to understand how people judge everything using the same standards. Everyone has their own preferences, but it's a shame to see a rating of 3.2 for this place. Regarding the beach, you can actually swim almost under the Antirio bridge, which I found to be quite enjoyable. The surrounding environment has a slightly industrial feel, but it still maintains a peaceful atmosphere with only a few people around.
The service at this beach was extremely slow. Some basic menu items were unavailable due to the vegetable supplier not making a stop. The food that was available was cooked well, but the staff could definitely benefit from some lessons in customer service.
