Kavala beach is located on the Adriatic Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 127th place out of 215 beaches in the Dubrovnik-Neretva region The beach is located in a natural place, among the mountains, surrounded by the cliffs. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

It is a tiny bay with crystal blue water and white pebble, so it is recommended to wear special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is not crowded place during the season.

Kavala beach coast is free for all. It has no amenities, only nature. .

In addition to swimming and sunbathing, you can also take part in other activities, snorkeling.

Getting to the beach is quite simple: just take a short walk along the trail.

The water at the beach is quite chilly because of the underground spring located nearby. The beach is mostly covered in shade throughout the day. However, there is a ladder that provides easy access to the water.

The beach is peaceful and isolated, with small pebbles. However, there is a noticeable amount of litter scattered around (a common issue throughout Croatia). Aside from that, it is extremely picturesque. There is a convenient ladder for easy access into the water. It can be reached on foot from the small church (with a few parking spaces) in approximately 7 minutes. The path is rocky but manageable, although not ideal for young children. Additionally, the water, especially at the surface, is quite refreshing. It seems that cool water from the mountains flows underground and into the sea.

To get to the beach, it's just a short 5-minute walk from the nearby church along a small road. The beach doesn't receive direct sunlight until around noon.
