That place was truly amazing! The large waves were perfect for body boarding, and it wasn't overly crowded. Plus, it had easy accessible parking on the road a short walk away, making it a great beach destination.
Perfect spot for those looking for a wild, unspoiled experience. With no services or shade, you'll get to appreciate the beauty of nature in its purest form. The scenery is breathtaking and the beach is larger and more open to the sea than its neighbor, Playa del Papagayo. The waters, however, can be a bit choppier, so be sure to keep a close eye on them. To get there, you can park at Playa del Papagayo and then take a leisurely 10-15 minute stroll to Playa del Pozo.
Good spot to visit, and it's easy to get to. You can either take a boat or walk from the carpark at the amenities located in the natural park. If you choose to walk, be sure to bring plenty of water and sunscreen, as it's a good 30 minute walk from the end of the Papagayo Promenade. The area is also rich in history, with spring wells close by for anyone interested in learning more about the area.
One of the three stunning Playa Flamigo beaches is just a short drive away from Playa Blanca. Make sure you pack plenty of water and snacks, as there are no amenities available. If you're feeling adventurous, you could even hike there, but be sure to do it on a cooler day as the temperatures can be quite high.
The beach on Lanzarote is one of the best and most easily accessible. You can take the path from Playa Papagayo parking lot or you can walk along the beach and over some rocky area to get there. It's best to do this in the morning because of the tide. Plus, the golden fine sand makes it even more enjoyable. At the end of Playa del Pozo there's a nude area so it's the perfect place to go and enjoy the freedom of swimming naked in the sea.
