We chose this beach for beach volleyball and it was fantastic. The sand by the huts was incredibly soft. As you get closer to the sea, the quality of the sand does decrease slightly, but it's still nice and sandy. The water is shallow and calm, making it easy to wade in. There are some entertainment options available as well. The huts are conveniently located right next to the car park. The toilets were out of order, but there were temporary ones set up outside. Even on a busy bank holiday, the beach wasn't too crowded.

The image captures an impressive row of more than 20,000 whelk shells extending towards the ocean, which were originally arranged by two cancer-stricken women to symbolize their journey through life's highs and lows. Upon our initial visit to this location, we were delighted to find a spacious parking area in close proximity to the beach. However, it is worth noting that the path leading to the beach is quite steep, which may pose a challenge for individuals with disabilities. Nonetheless, it is possible that there is an alternative route further down the shore. Once we reached the sandy beach, we were captivated by its natural beauty. It was evident that the area is well-maintained and cared for. As dog owners, we were pleased to discover that the beach is dog-friendly, making it an ideal destination for pet owners seeking a day out in the sun.

The shoreline is composed of pebbles, and the water appears to be muddied with a brown hue. It may be a suitable spot to take your furry friend for a stroll, but not much else. Additionally, there is a nuclear facility in the vicinity, but it's uncertain if it's still in operation.
