This beach is certainly peaceful, but it's not without its flaws. While there's only one resort here, it's definitely on the fancier side compared to the nearby options. However, getting here can be quite a hassle - half of the access road from Kwang Pao Beach is unpaved and hilly. Though, I suppose it's a relief that a regular car can manage it. Despite all that, the beach itself is in decent shape.

The seaside lodging offers a breathtaking sea view that is worth every penny. The convenience of parking right in front of your room and the complimentary grill are added bonuses. The room amenities are impressive, including a powerful air conditioner, a 5-cubic refrigerator, and a hot water kettle. The atmosphere of the beach feels like a private oasis, and the crystal-clear water is perfect for swimming and water activities. Additionally, there is a grocery store located nearby for any necessary provisions during your stay. It is recommended to reserve your room in advance to secure your spot in this idyllic beachside retreat.

This place is quite unusual, as it is extremely peaceful with limited activities. The beach is not particularly impressive and lacks proper upkeep. It seems that there is a nature trail at the far end of the sole road, but it is disappointingly short and terminates at a nearby garbage dump. In the village, there are only two dining options available, but none of them offer a desirable atmosphere for enjoying a beer. What I appreciate about this place is that it is secluded and not frequented by many tourists. I hardly encountered any other individuals of Caucasian descent, and English is not commonly spoken. However, there is a distinct lack of things to do. Nonetheless, there is great potential here.

Our plan was to spot some dolphins, but we ended up arriving at the beach at 9:30 instead of the intended 7-8 in the morning. We waited a while and eventually a fishing boat arrived. The cost was 1000Bhat and they provided us with life vests for the journey. The ride was a bit bumpy and we got splashed a little, but the views were breathtaking. Unfortunately, it was windy that day, so we didn't see many dolphins. However, the boat ride was still a beautiful experience and the fisherman even took us to see the Pancake rocks, which are only found in one other place in the world - New Zealand. It was definitely worth it. After the boat ride, we went to a German restaurant which was also lovely. In total, the experience took nearly 2 hours.

The beach offers ample parking space for cars, making it convenient for visitors to access. The surrounding pine trees provide a natural shade that can be enjoyed by laying a mat and basking in the sun. Additionally, the beach is an ideal spot for fishing enthusiasts to cast their lines at the mouth of the nearby river. With its stunning scenery and relaxing atmosphere, this beach is a perfect destination for a memorable day out.
