We've been going as a big group every Sunday for a few years now, and it's an absolutely fantastic spot to relax with family and friends. The restaurant and bar are both amazing.

That place has been a favorite of mine for years. It's always spotless, although the scenery changes a bit from year to year. The boardwalk is terrific, both during the day and at night. It could do with a few repairs, and the promenade could use some minor improvements. It's wide and sandy, and it's a great spot to hang out, even after dark. It's a safe, friendly place to spend the summer.

Playa del Cristo

This location is a real gem. It's spotless, with great amenities and the water is shallow for a long stretch, which is not typical for the region. The temperature here is higher than other nearby beaches. The views of the coast are stunning - on a clear day you can make out Gibraltar and Morroco. Access isn't easy as it's somewhat tucked away, but it's worth the effort.

This location has wide and long stretches of gray shell sand, providing a darker hue than other beaches.

I absolutely adore going to the dog beach in Casares with my two furry friends. It's a great place to be because it's usually only frequented by locals, so it's a wonderfully tranquil atmosphere. It's not particularly large, but it's perfect for pooches and it's a great place to get to know the people who live in the area. It's a stunning beach and while it can get a bit busier during the summer months, it's a great balance. The parking is also excellent and I can't complain as it's my favourite beach for dogs. I really love it!

That place has plenty of pebbles and comfortable sunbeds. However, the tent hire is quite pricey for what you get.
