The waves are really great and it's definitely worth the drive to get there. It's a hidden gem with lots of almond trees around. The beach seems to be mostly frequented by locals.
This charming park boasts delightful picnic spots, barbecue facilities, a babbling brook, and a secure zone for children to frolic in the water. The stunning vistas of Maui are an added bonus. Regrettably, furry friends are not permitted within the premises.
While passing through, we made a pit stop at this beach and were pleasantly surprised. It's a charming local spot that's perfect for families with little ones, thanks to the shallow area that's great for kids to splash around in. For the more adventurous, there are designated areas for boogie boarding and surfing, but these are best left to the experienced. The beach also boasts some lovely BBQ areas and covered buildings that are perfect for enjoying a meal. Plus, if you fancy a tipple, you'll be pleased to know that drinking is allowed between 10am and 10pm.
Nestled in a cozy little cove, lies a beach that is ideal for families with young children who want to frolic in the water without fear of being carried away by strong currents. Not only is it a safe haven for little ones, but it also attracts surfers and boogie boarders who are drawn to the exhilarating waves that roll in. The magnificent scenery that surrounds this beach is absolutely breathtaking and never fails to captivate visitors.
The beach was an absolute delight for children. My little ones, aged three and six, were thoroughly entertained and had a blast. They were safely equipped with their floaties, allowing them to frolic in the water without any worries. My partner and I took turns indulging in a spot of snorkeling, which turned out to be the highlight of our trip. Even though I am not a proficient swimmer, I was able to enjoy the breathtaking beauty of the fish and coral. It was an experience that left us all in awe.
